PTHA 105 - FOUNDATIONS OF PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTING
  • PLO 2: Students/Graduates will practice legally, ethically and safely within their scope of practice under the direction and supervision of the PT.
    • CLO 6: Students will demonstrate proper utilization of medical terminology including writing, spelling and interpreting medical terms related to the human body.
    • CLO 7: Students will demonstrate correct application of patient care techniques utilized in medical professions and physical therapy including: infection control, universal precautions , body mechanics, transfers, positioning and draping, patient care equipment
  • PLO 3: Students/Graduates will demonstrate professional behaviors consistent with the core value documents of the profession.
    • CLO 1: Students will explain models of health and disease related to function including the impact of common pathologies.
