  • PLO 1: Communicate effectively in a construction environment.
    • CLO 1: Obtain a total estimated cost, including all markups, for a construction project. Including: a. Material pricing. b. Labor hours . c. Hourly cost of labor. d. Hourly ownership and operation costs. e. Average wage rate and equipment cost per labor-hour.
    • CLO 2: Prepare a Request for Quote, prepare a Purchase Order and submit a bid.
    • CLO 4: Describe how information from the estimate should be used in a preparation of the schedule
  • PLO 2: Apply math, science, and engineering, technology principles to solve problems in the field of construction.
