PLO 1: Demonstrate comprehension of fundamental concepts, principles and practices in travel and tourism and the inter-relationship to various business environments
CLO 1: Interpret airline and airport/city codes.
CLO 2: Interpret airline schedules, fare displays and fare rules.
CLO 3: Analyze the various taxes associated with travel itineraries.
CLO 4: Generate basic entry level airline computer reservations.
CLO 5: Complete airline flight bookings, cancellations and inquiries.
CLO 6: Recognize other miscellaneous functions found in the airline reservation system such as currency conversion.
CLO 7: Judge quality and effectiveness of travel itineraries using search engines.

CLO 9: Use a computer to create a Passenger Name Record (PNR) and an airline reservation following guidelines for ticketing specified in the Agent’s Handbook of the Airline Reporting Corporation.
