The mission of the eLearning@LCCC Team (ELT) at Lorain County Community College is to promote the delivery of quality instruction through technology at any time, any place. We provide students, faculty, and staff with the expertise and support needed for creating and delivering quality education at a distance through utilizing institutional materials, programs, services, and resources.

LCCC Distance Learning courses offer a mode of instructional delivery where students and the instructor are separated but engage in regular, substantive interactions with each either synchronously or asynchronously using one or more of the following technologies: the Internet, streaming video, video conferencing and Interactive Video Distance Learning (IVDL).
