The Hospitality Operations One-Year Technical Certificate prepares students for entry-level positions in the hospitality industry, with a primary focus on lodging operations. This workforce-oriented program emphasizes applied operational skills, customer service excellence, and foundational business competencies essential to hospitality organizations.
Students develop applied knowledge and skills across key functional areas while strengthening communication, technology, and professional workplace skills. Lorain County Community College maintains articulation agreements with colleges and universities, including programs offered through the College’s University Partnership, supporting continued educational and career advancement.
