The guest services in hospitality certificate of completion will provide students with some broad knowledge related to a growing field. Guest service positions are found in most areas of hospitality and tourism. This certificate of completion may be applied to fulfill partial requirements in the hospitality and tourism management major for the associate of applied business degree.

Note: A certificate of completion will be awarded by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute upon successful completion of the comprehensive final exam for TRSM 112 and for TRSM 121.
Individuals can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification upon successful completion of TRSM 118.
