Students who have completed PACD 101, PACD 103 and PACD 104 are not required to take PEDF 152, HLED 153, and PEFT 175. Students who have completed PACD 101 are not required to take CRMJ 110 or CRMJ 117. Students who have completed PACD 102 are not required to take CRMJ 146. Students who have completed PACD 103 are not required to take CRMJ 135 or CRMJ 231. Students who have completed PACD 104 are not required to take CRMJ 225.

Program Learning Outcomes
- The purpose, function, and continuing evolution of the U.S. Criminal Justice System in terms of the three major components: law enforcement, courts, and corrections
- Apply communication skills verbally, through written documentation, and nonverbally with coworkers, supervisors, victims, witnesses, prosecutors, and others through the use of effective appropriate interview and interrogation techniques, listening skills, appropriate interpersonal conversation skills, written reports, and testifying in court
- Use discretion in the application of criminal law effectively, efficiently, correctly, and in a timely manner
- Demonstrate appropriate evidence collection, preservation, and analysis techniques used during traffic accident and criminal investigations.
- Demonstrate professional and ethical behavior in the performance of duty or assignment on behalf of or while employed by or associated with any criminal justice agency or its designee
- Demonstrate cultural diversity and community awareness skills including, but not limited to, conflict resolution, media relations, crime prevention, referrals to and collaboration with both criminal and non-criminal justice agencies.
